1. Who We Are

Postereezy ("we", "us", "our") is an online service that creates personalised psycho-command posters using artificial intelligence, astrology, and numerology. We operate at www.postereezy.co.uk.

By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What We Offer

Postereezy creates a personalised psycho-command poster from information you provide: your name, date of birth, star sign, life path number, stated intention, and current challenge.

Human-designed creative system. Each poster is the product of a creative process that involves substantial human skill, expertise, and intellectual effort. This includes the design of the poster template and visual layout; the development of the interpretive framework drawing on astrology, numerology, and affirmation psychology; the crafting of the prompt architecture that shapes and guides the output; and the ongoing creative direction of the overall experience. An AI language model (Claude, by Anthropic) is used as a tool within this human-designed system, much as a designer uses software, or a composer uses notation. The AI does not independently create or own any part of the work.

Nature of the service. Postereezy is a creative and personal-development tool, produced for inspiration, self-reflection, and motivational use. It is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical service. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice of any kind.

Personalised output. Because every poster is generated uniquely, no two posters will be identical. We commit to producing content that is personalised, meaningful, and of high quality, and we will regenerate your poster free of charge if you are unhappy with the result (see section 6).

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's own terms of service.

Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital products (Hi-Res Download, Generation Unlock)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived once the digital file is available for download or the unlock has been applied to your account.

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Your payment was taken but you never received access to your download.
• A technical fault on our side prevented delivery and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours.

We do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, the content did not resonate with you, or you purchased the wrong product, but we will regenerate your poster free of charge if you email us within 30 days (see section 6).

Metal print orders

Because every metal print is produced to order and personalised to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The print arrives damaged or defective: email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint and reship at no cost to you.
• You did not receive the print within 10 working days of your dispatch notification. Contact us and we will investigate or resend.

To request a refund or replacement on a print order, email postereezy-contact@goholisticarts.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Our Regeneration Promise

We want you to love your poster. If the content does not feel right for you (the words miss the mark, the energy feels off, or it simply does not resonate). Email us within 30 days of purchase and we will regenerate your poster once, free of charge.

To request a regeneration include: your order number, the name and date of birth you used, and a brief note on what you'd like to feel differently. We'll take care of the rest.

7. Delivery: Metal Prints

Metal prints are dispatched within 2 working days of your order being confirmed. UK delivery typically takes a further 3–5 working days via a tracked courier service.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. International delivery is not available at this time.

You will receive a dispatch notification by email when your order leaves us.

8. Your Licence to Use Your Poster

When you purchase a digital download or metal print, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the poster content for personal purposes.

You may:

• Print and display your poster in your home, office, or personal space.
• Share an image of your poster on your personal social media accounts.
• Gift a printed copy to one other person.

You may not:

• Sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit your poster or its content in any form.
• Use your poster content to train AI models or as part of any dataset.
• Reproduce your poster for distribution or resale (physical or digital).
• Remove or obscure any Postereezy branding on the free watermarked preview.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the Postereezy platform, including the poster template design, the visual layout, the interpretive framework, the prompt architecture, and all underlying creative and technical systems. These elements represent original creative and intellectual work and are protected accordingly. The personalised written content of your poster (the words and phrases generated for you) is licensed to you for personal use as described above.

9. Information You Provide

To generate your poster we ask for your name, date of birth, email address, a stated intention, and an optional personal challenge. You agree that:

• You will provide accurate information about yourself (not another person without their consent).
• You will not submit content that is offensive, unlawful, or designed to harm others.
• The information you provide may be used by us to generate poster content and to fulfil and communicate about your order.

We do not sell your personal data. For full details of how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS in the EU region.

10. Free Tier and Fair Use

The free tier allows up to 3 poster previews per hour per device. This limit exists to ensure fair access for all users and to prevent automated abuse of the service.

You may not use automated scripts, bots, or any non-human means to generate posters or interact with our API. Accounts or IP addresses found to be abusing the service may be suspended without notice.

The free watermarked preview is for personal evaluation only. It may not be used for any commercial, promotional, or public-facing purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• Postereezy is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
• We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, though we work hard to keep it running smoothly.
• Postereezy posters are motivational tools. We make no representations about specific life outcomes or results from using poster affirmations.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights that are not affected by these terms. For more information visit citizensadvice.org.uk.

12. Third-Party Services

Postereezy uses the following third-party services to deliver the platform:

• Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own terms.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI content generation. Your poster inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate personalised content.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection. A lightweight, privacy-respecting challenge that runs silently in the background.
• Amazon Web Services: hosting, storage, and email delivery, based in the EU.

We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when they were last revised. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify registered customers by email.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you have statutory rights to bring a claim in the courts of your home country.
